Apartment Owners Association of Connecticut is the largest state wide association representing the interest of apartment owners. AOAofCT mission’s is to inform and educate apartment owners so that we continue to provide quality rental housing. AOAofCT is organized to promote responsible landlording and for the rights of property owners and to work with City, County, State, and Federal officials to solve problems. Provide for the exchange of information and statistics and for interaction on laws, regulation and proposed government actions.
To serve and advance the rental housing industry so that adequate affordable rental housing will be available through private enterprise and to provide a clearing house for accurate, up to date information that impacts apartment owners.
